Quickbooks Order Transfer Error

We're getting an error when trying to use Order Transfer, saying "XML Document not Recognized or is not well formed"

I can't find anything in the Help files about it.

Any ideas?

I did find a reference to UPS rates in Quickbooks, but it was not related to our issue.

Any help appreciated.
