Loop Links in custom template on every generated page

I have my cart auto generating pages so that there are on 30 products per page. I have pages assigned to these pages as well as products. What i am seeing is that every page that is assigned as a link is duplicated on every page that is auto generated by ShopSite.

A link to one of these is here: http://alwaysinvited.com/store/gifts_teachers.htm . If you look at the bottom you will see three page links. If you go to page 2, you will see those same page links.

Is there a way to have the page links show on only the 1st page?

Do you mean the Home | Contact Us | Privacy & Store Policies links? Those may be hard coded in the template for may be coming from the store footer. I'm not sure that there is a way to remove them from successively generated pages like these but I don't think they are a distraction and it does give the shopper a way to get to other other pages on your site if the are on one of the pagination pages.

The only way I can think to avoid something like this might be to create a VAR that you set at the top of the page and then set the VAR to be a different value once you have completed the page so the next time the page is generated the var is in a different state and you skip outputting those links. This would be tricky to do if it is even possible. You might need to check and see if pagingation is enabled and if it is the first time through the page generation. So if you are adventuresome you might give that a try but I'm not sure it can be done.

No, not the footer. The page has products on it and also page links -- pages>assign items>Page. The pages assigned show up on every shopsite generated numbered page (created because i have it set to only allow 30 products per page). So as shopsite creates the next page and numbers them, it put the assigned pages on each one. We would like it only on the first one.

So for example, http://alwaysinvited.com/store/gifts_teachers.htm should have the three pages assigned that you see (paperweights, dinky, whitney) but this page (page 2 created by shopsite): http://alwaysinvited.com/store/gifts_teachers-ss2.htm should not.
