FedEx Discounted Rates

Our company has a FedEx account where we get discounted rates because we ship a lot. I'm wondering if ShopSite returns those discounted rates, or if there is a way to make it do so, since that's what we are looking for. We have entered our account number into the FedEx User Account info, but it seems to me that we're still getting published rates, rather than our discounted rates.
