Shipping by percentage of subtotal

Im using ShopSite Pro 8.3, I would like to do shipping cost in these ways:
1. $0~125 --> $5 Flat Rate
2. $125~600 --> subtotal x 4%
3. $600~800 --> subtotal x 2%
4. $800 and over --> free
Is there any way I can set up shipping cost like this?

There is no way to setup that type of shipping arrangement.

The only option that allows a % base charge is the "Handling Charges" . With that you can set a Base rate a percentage and a max limit over which the charge does not apply. Note that the Handling Charge does not come into play unless there is actually a shipping option so have one of the ShopSite shipping options set to be active.
