once again im in need of assistance, only this time the problems are a little less trivial.
#1 Breadcrumbs
I know how they work, the problem I have is that the instructions are telling me to add this page to every page and every product, but I seem to have missplaced the page. Its not in the list of pages I have in shopsite, where it used to be **Breadcrumb URL's**. Im thinking that this is one for the developer SD360 to help me with, but ive emailed / called on a few occasions and they havent come back to me, not even an email

#2 Multiple Images

As far as I can tell, my problem is something to do with the ss_size folders, but because we didnt want the site to resize our images for us (to save important image quality) we are uploading the images of our products at the correct dimesnsions as follow:
Small :
W = 150px
H = 150px
Large :
W = 400px
H = 400px
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Again, I have tried to contact the developer about this, but there has been no correspondance.
#3 Cross Selling
I also asked the developer to give me a little introduction to using the cross sell feauture built into the website. But all they did was set up a non working section on one of the products, (http://69.94.124.198/312-mi.html) with no explanation as to how they did it, or even *where* to do it.
Please note that they have provided some support with various problems before, however its been weeks since ive heard from them and ive been emailing them at weekly intervals.
Also left them a phone message to get back to me, as they are in San Diego, and im in the UK so the time difference is a problem.
As I say though, cheers for any help. I really need it !
