Windows server configuration - changing passwords?

I have ShopSite 9 installed on a Windows server and cannot change the password through ShopSite. Was this an option during installation? Is there a way to change this after the fact? We setup a dummy password initially, and now need to make it more secure.

To change the password for the ShopSite user on a Windows server, use the same interface/management interface you used to create the user in the first place (only this time you are editing the user instead of creating a new one.

Thanks, I was thinking it had something to do with it being on Windows...
