How to restore a deleted front page

I have deleted the "index" page in my site. It went off the pages list but the store adress is still going to that page www.dvtec.tv/store

I cant control and modify this page.

When you delete a page from the pages list in shopsite, the file is not deleted from the server. That is why your store still shows this page. If you want to be able to edit it again, just click on the add a new page button on the pages screen and fill in your page text and other options that you had before. Set the filename to index.html and do a publish.

If you don't want this page to show anymore you just need to delete the index.html file via your ftp.
