getting a new auth file (domain name change)

My client wants to change the domain name of their store (Shopsite 7). My understanding is that she will need to get a new auth file from the reseller who sold her Shopsite. She has not been able to contact the reseller who she says is an individual. What is our next step, how can we generate a new auth file???

The software is hosted on their own server.

If you are no longer hosted/supported by an active ShopSite reseller, then you should contact the ShopSite, Inc. sales department for all licensing issues. You can find the contact number here:
