Modify a Shopsite Template

Hello. I've copied the awesome orange 001 template and I'm trying to modify it to use as my main page. How do I modify the colors? Mainly, how do I change the orange color and how do I get rid of that big orange oval that's at the top of the page? And also change the color of the "page links" column on the left side. Thanks in advance.

The colors in the orange and gray areas are determined by images. If you would like to keep the same look and feel but have different colors than the ones that are provided within the color options in Preferences > Layout and Color Theme, then you would need to create your own images. You can right click on all of the corners and all of the edges of the orange and gray areas and copy the images, recreate those images with different colors, upload your images into ShopSite, and reference your images rather than the default ShopSite images.

If you go to Merchandising > Custom Templates > Includes > Copy ShopSite Include, and make a copy of the awesome_orange_001_pa_styles.css. This include file references the images for the pages using the awesome orange template.
