Our orders tanked three days ago.
Two customers have phoned saying they couldn't check out because they kept getting error messages that their double email address entry didn't match each other. Since we began requiring the double entry in early November, we've received no other such calls.
I took the second call myself and the customer swore she typed her address correctly many times before bothering to phone us.
I turned off the double entry requirement last evening and orders flooded in.
Could be a coincidence or there could be something wrong in SS. Thought I should mention it. I'd like to go back to requiring the email confirmation which cuts down on bounces. But not if it reduces sales.
