Add in Conversion Tracking Code to pages?

Hi,

I am currently setting up an Google Adwords campaign and would like to track the conversion rate of my ads by putting a javascript code to find out if the leads actually do land on my order confirmation page.

Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks
