Digital Download is not listed as an option

Greetings,
I searched as best I could and did not find an answer to my question.

I am a new user of Shopsite (8.3) and help indicated that I could define "Digital Downloads" when I navigate to Commerce Setup and download is NOT listed. I specified no shipping and I think I setup the download directory correctly.

Any assistance is appreciated

Digital Download is a ShopSite PRO level feature. If you have a Manager or Starter level version you will not see the feature. To determine if you have a Pro level store click on the green ShopSite tab in the backoffice of your store and in the footer between the two logos at the bottom of the page it will say something like ShopSite® Pro 8.3.1, StoreID: ... or
ShopSite® Manager 8.3.1, StoreID: ... to indicate a Pro or Manager level.

If you have a Pro level store you will find Digital Download on the Commerce Setup screen as the middle button on the second row of buttons.

You are correct I have the "Starter Version". When I bought the product it did not say this was not an option.

You can always upgrade to the Pro level, just contact you hosting provider. Here is a link to a comparison of the features in each level.
