Help! Have u Experience with Latin-2 Characters in ShopSite?

Hi to All,

My client bought ShopSite Pro, because ShopSite Support told, that ShopSite would work with Latin-2 characters. The only task is to change the charset=ISO-8859-1 for charset=ISO-8859-2 in the templates.

I changed them, the Latin-2 characters appears on the pages, if I use "Add a Product". If I use "Upload Product Information" then some Latin-2 characters will be converted in similar but the same Latin-1 characters, which is not acceptable.

The next problem is with "Search". If I use "Add a Product" the Latin-2 characters appears on the pages but searching for them, they do NOT appear in the Search Results.

I would highly appreciate, if somebody could let me know experience with Latin-2 characters in ShopSite.
