Anyone have complete Google Checkout Success?

Version 8.3. Store uses google checkout, paypal and std credit cards. When a customer purchases with Google Cart, the info makes it to Google, but Google gives an error trying to send the info back to the store. The host claims it's not their fault the store doesn't work properly with Google Cart. I don't believe that, but want to make sure.

Does anyone who uses google cart and Shared SSL hosting get the sales to show back up in the store?

Here is the error message:

Your host has the same UTN-USERFirst-Hardware SSL certificate. This is often a case of just having the host edit the chain file and switch the order of the certificates in the chain.
