Bug? Inc files and image size

Hi All, has anyone else upgraded to 8.3? After having my host do so, I did some mods and rebuilt the site. When my \Sidebar\ .inc files were recreated, none of the image src html was created properly, all of my height parameters were as follows (where the second value is the correct one and changes as it's supposed to):

height= "0" "62"

I removed the "0" and all was well, but I'm not sure if this was a known issue or a new bug, just give me a yell if you've seen it. I'm sort of a ShopSite n00b.
