Cannot search for items with a comma in their name

A lot of my products have comma's in their names but whenever someone searches for the product they do not come up in the search so the customers assume I do not have that product and do not buy it from my site. Is there a way to get commas to work fine in shopsite?

Search for akuta and then akuta, and you will see that akuta returns 0 results.

searching for Akuta returns
Akuta, Born of Ash $0.30 15
Akuta, Born of Ash *Foil*

Searching for Akuta, Born of Ash
returns the same thing.

Searching for Akuta, does not return any results.

I tried to create the problem in an 8.3 test store and I was not able to cause the problem.

So there may be an issue there but I couldn't recreate it.
I'll log the issue so an engineer can look at it.

Thank you very much Jim. I know it may not sound like a big deal but it has a big effect on my orders due to the number of products with comma's in them.
