Adding a field for downloading orders

Hello: We've been testing our website and are experimenting with downloading the orders. The system we use to manage our orders is called Mail Order Manager (MOM). We are at the point of matching the fields in Shopsite to MOM.


Shopsite, doesn't have some of the fields that MOM uses.


So, my question is: Is there a way to add a dummy field in Shopsite?

I looked at the Use Field Map function. It allows you to rename fields. But as far as I can tell, you cant add a field.

There is no way I know of to add a dummy/empty field to the orders download, but if you are downloading it in tab-delimited format you should be able to open it in a spreadsheet program and add the extra columns yourself.

Have you checked with Dydacomp, the makers of M.O.M? They advertise on the shopsite.com Add-on Module page as already being fully integrated with ShopSite, see:
