shipping by weight table

we are creating the shipping by weight table. is there a way to upload these data instead of typing it on the website.

in case there is changes in shipping rate or exchange rate later, it would be easier to update the table in excel instead of retyping it all over again.

please advice

There is no way to upload the information for the weight table.
