How, in detailed steps (where to go) do I change lbs to kgs? I have done this before in my own site, but I am now trying to figure out this thing for my sisters layout.
Dunno why it would be so hard this time. :S

The unit of weight is determined by the Locale that is selected for the store. This is set under Preferences > Locale (merchant Language and Customer language). I believe that EN-US and EN-JA use pounds and all the others use Kg. Internally ShopSite does not use the weight at all and it is simply kept as a number. If you are using UPS or FedEx shipping (or a custom shipping module) the weight is sent based on the Locale setting.
The other setting set by the locale is the placement of the comma and period for thousands and decimal point. ie 1,000.00 or 1.000,00.
