Immediate Stock Allocation from Supplier

At present we use Order Manager with ShopSite and download orders once or twice a day. This means stock allocation can have a lag of up to 24 hours, and because our suppliers stock is constantly changing we want to improve this.

Basically we are trying to find a way for shopsite to ftp orders to another server once they have been validated by a payment gateway for immediate stock allocation. I am new to ShopSite and i'm unsure how possible this is. Has anyone had a similar issue?

The Order API may be of use here. It can run a program after the order completes in the cart so if you are using a payment gateway then the Credit Card has been approved. More information on the API and other developer resources can be found here:
