Need Designer for Custom Template

Hi Folks,

I'm new to this forum, and just today purchased a lease for SSMgr. Yippee!

I've spent the evening playing in the "back office". I have figured out how to create a custom template, designate the layout, and assign products to pages. That's the good news. However, I can't figure out how to carve up my existing html template into "chunks" to make my own custom templates using css. I must be doing something very wrong with the css portion. I uploaded it to the includes section, but when I call it, the output is the contents of the css file.

This is a new site and I paid a programmer to code the design for me. It is html with a css sheet. However my coder has NO experience with shopsite.

Does anyone know of an AFFORDABLE designer that can carve up my newly designed "look and feel" into shopsite custom templates?
