First time working with Rewards...

Hello -

This is my first time to set up a reward. I'm having issues. Can anyone help?

Here is my site so you can reference:

I set up:
Catagory 1: Qualifying Mata Ortiz Pots: Contains all Mata Ortiz Pots
Catagory 2: Reward Mata Ortiz Pots: Contains 1 specific (sku mo062) Pot
Reward: Buy 5 (catagory) Qualifying Mata Ortiz Pots, Get 1 (catagory) Reward Mata Ortiz Pot Free.

But it doesn't do anything when I add 5 qualifying items to the cart. No message - nada... In the customized shopping cart template, under the registration info I have the tag: [-- SC_Reward_Program --] - so I figured a message would pop up saying you qualified for a reward?? Anyone have a guide for setting this up? I've looked through the help docs extensively, and can't figure out what I am missing...

Did you turn the Rewards Program feature on in Merchandising -> Reward Program -> Configure?

It may be due to bad html on the page. I find no opening or closing html or body tags so the browser may not be able to properly parse the content of the page. Check your custom template and make sure that those tags are in place for all 5 sections of the shopping cart template.
