menu images not showing up in admin system

When I click on commerce>payments or orders it shoots to my secure server: https://www.masterbuilt.com/shop/ss/payconfig.cgi OR https://www.masterbuilt.com/shop/ss/ord ... and2=15478

but when I'm at on the https none of images show up. i.e. orders, commerce, images, products etc. etc.

Any ideas? I noticed that the image URL is https://www.masterbuilt.com/shop/ss/en- ... -icons.gif

Please, please help if you know anything. Client is getting pissed, and I feel this is a problem with the shopsite software.

This is probably because you have the wrong setting under Preferences > Hosting Services >ShopSite Images secure URL:

Or your web server is not configured to view images from that url securely.
