Cant download Fix for Solution: S03317

I have a customer with an old Shopsite 4.1 and the shop has the "Empty Shopping Cart" problem. I need the updated order.cgi for 4.1 to get it working.

I cant connect to shopsite.com via anonymous ftp.

How do I get the updated order.cgi now ?
