Adding PayPal Express Checkout button?

I am trying to add the PayPal express checkout button to my shopping cart and for the life of me I cannot figure out where to add it. I have Website Payments Pro and Merchant account with Paypal so paypal is my cc and check procesor and the standard use agreement states that I must present my clients with the Express payment option prior to any other payment option. I realize that the express option is in the drop down menu but I would really like to comply with the agreement and add the button. it should look similar to the Google checkout button. Can someone help me?
