add cash to the total,depending on the payment option chosen

Is it possible to..

When someone chooses one of my payment options (norwegian type of cash on delivery, I guess), is it possible to add a specific amount to the total amount that should be paid, depending on the payment option? That it will cost ??? norwegian kroner more if they choose this payment option? It is not a shipping option, but payment option.
