tabbed theme not working on all pages.

I just applied a tabbed theme to my site. The tabs are only appearing on the main page. I need the tabs on all the pages... otherwise there's no navigation throughout my site. I'm using the startersite. My store is here: http://www.happydogfood.com/hdfstore/
