checkout; fading or hiding 'same as billing address'

Hey Guys,

Some of my customers are confused about when they check the 'Check here if billing and shipping are the same'. It doesn't copy the information to the billing form.

Is there a way to get it to do that or fade it out or something? I'm sure there's many options but implementing any is where I get stuck..
