Ive seen on some Shopsite sites there is an Order Tracker where the customer can enter their order number and their zip code to find out information about that order. Is this a special program or part of Shipsite?

Lexiconn (www.lexiconn.com) also offers an Order Status system module for Shopsite that works with the customer registration feature or independently. You can upload a tab-delimited text file of Order Number, tracking number, and shipping method to update the records. And, they just helped us to automate the daily upload process!

I understand that both Lexiconn and Stone Edge have a way for customers to track their orders but it is odd to me that Shopsite hasn't utilized this feature as an included feature being that most sites you go to now a days have this feature. I shouldn't have to pay extra for this which is my major qualm. I feel this feature should be included in the next update for sure.
