Shopsite Cookies and MiniCart

Hello,

I'm a new shopsite user and have been working on integrating the shopping cart into an existing website. I’ve added the minicart code to the store pages but the minicart always shows 0 items. I’ve made sure that all of the urls are the same (no www) for both the cart and the store. The problem appears to be the naming of the shopsite cookies. The cookie does not get the correct name…. I’ve checked my temporary internet files and it appears that there are several cookies from the domain… They are called “ss” and “sc” and there is another file called “&testcookie=on&ip=”. Not sure what’s going on.

1) you have to have ShopSite Pro (the feature is not in Manager or Starter) v7.0 or newer to have this feature.

2) you als most have the Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Layout Info checkbox labeled 'Mini Shopping Cart' checked in order for the shopping cart to create the mini-cart cookie.

Thanks for the response....

I've was looking for this option before -- Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Layout Info 'Mini Shopping Cart' -- but it's not there. My client ordered shopsite pro from Verio but I'm guessing it's actually ShopSite Manager based on the ShopSite administration page:
