Shipping specials

I normally use the FedEx in shopsite but want to offer a special on my beeswax to show shipping Priority Mail Flat rate for $8.60 anywhere in US. I can not figure out how to do this. If they order anything else it makes the whole order 8.60 which does not work. Is what I want to do even possible in shopsite?

To have only a specific shipping option show up for only one type of product in the cart would require a shipping API script be written to accomplish this. This would require ShopSite Pro and some programming.

Bummer, I have Pro but can not do programming...Guess it goes on the list for someday....
