How to print out the shopsite.com/help pages to make a manua

Is there some way to print out the shopsite.com/help manual? Without
clicking through every page and printing them one at a time, that is.
Learning goes a lot quicker if I can carry a book around with me. (I
have the stuff to make a book.)

There is a pdf version of the ShopSite 7 help at:
http://www.shopsite.com/help/7.0/en-US/ ... 0_Help.pdf

It is 400+ pages so it would take a bunch of paper to print it all but
you could print just the sections you are interested in.

Thanks. Did I overlook a link to it from the online help?

With the help of my trusty duplexing laser printer (and FinePrint),
it's a "mere" 106 legal sheets.
