Is there any way to increase the subproduct name text size?

That depends on the template that you are using.

You can create a custom product template and define hard code the font
sizes or you can create a style sheet that is applied that will change
the size.

Where would I edit for subproduct font size?

I am using the TABS based theme and did modify some of it for my use.

The subproduct is defined in a section of the product template called
[-- Define Subproduct --]. That section may use an [-- Include - --]
to include information about the layout of the product name. The
include files cannot be edited directly but by using the Copy ShopSite
Include button you can make a copy of the ShopSite include file in your
locale area so you can edit it there. You would then want to change the
include section of the product template you are using so it specifies
the file you modified.
