I believe the CSS coding on our ShopSite pages is coming from Shopsite code
and that it is embedded near the beginning of each page. Having CSS as part
of the page, especially if it is at the beginning of the page, makes search
engine spiders crawl through this code before getting to the content of the
page.
Is there an option in ShopSite to have the CSS code in an external file?

Embedded CSS vs. External File
Re: Embedded CSS vs. External File
If you are using custom page templates you can pull the CSS from your
custom template and put it in an externally referenced .css file instead
if you want.
