Free Shipping

Does anyone know of a way to configure ShopSite so that I can offer free
shipping on a product, but also have the option for customers to upgrade to
3-Day, 2-Day etc? I would like to have a few of our products priced with
normal ground shipping included in the price, but I would like customers to
have the option of expediting shipping if they want to pay for 3-Day or
2-Day etc..

Right now we use the simple weight based shipping model.

Any suggestions or creative ideas would be greatly appreciated!
