Sounds like a good idea, because if your layout is dependent on images
and ShopSite leaves them out, it might look worse than having a default.
Just create a default image in Photoshop or whatever program. I usually
use a photo of a current product and just change the opacity down to
around 10% and add black text on top that says "Image Not Available"
Then make your template call the image:
[-- IF PRODUCT.Graphic --]
put your template code to call the product graphic here
[-- ELSE --]
<img src="media/your_default_image.jpg" alt=""/>
[-- END_IF --]
You could do the same with the more info page image too.

I can make a work around in a custom template, but I swear this was an
option. Am I imagining this? Is it in ShopSite 7 or 8? Pro or Manager?
