We are running Shopsite Manager 6.0.3 and have had our store up for almost
three years.
It looks like we just missed an order somehow. Both in the emails we
received from the system and in the back office we are missing a sequential
order number.
Has anyone else had this happen? Does this mean we are actually missing an
order somewhere? Any ideas where we could find it or how this could happen?
