SSL Implementation

I just bought an SSL Certificate and am having a terrible time implementing
it.

I understand that I need to do two things:

Step 1 - Get the java script into my head tag.

The current text of my meta description is:
Performance dancewear at discount prices! Dancedepot.com offers brand-name
leotards, tights, skirts, liturgical wear, pointe shoes, ballet slippers,
tap shoes, jazz shoes, and more! Fast shipping!

And the code I need to add is:
<script language="JavaScript"
src="https://secure.comodo.net/trustlogo/javascript/trustlogo.js"
type="text/javascript">
</script>

Do I just combine the two? Either order? I found a weird tip about leaving
off the final ³>", as ShopSite automatically adds that, so I¹m uncertain of
the right way to put these two pieces into my Meta Description field.

Step 2 ­ Generate needed Javascript code for my web pages and add to web
page.

I generated the code I need, which is as follows:

How do I add this to my pages? Do I somehow link it to an SSL Logo image
that appears on my pages?

implemented our certificate. We have ONLY had to buy it and send them the
special code we get by email.

We can vouch for that. Got a Geotrust cert thru Lexiconn. They installed it
within a few hours. Lexiconn is wonderful.
I remember the first time I sent an email to Lexiconn customer service late
at night and got an answer in 15 minutes!
I also cherish their telephone help even tho I rarely need to use it
nowadays. .

I was told we'd need a SSL certificate to get our Urchin stats working most
accurately, and to have our site name
show in our cart's url during checkout which was, a minor consideration. .
