Tabbed Navigation template questions

Two questions/requests:

1. I am building our site using the Tabbed Navigation template in Shopsite
and am interested in ways others have integrated their own site design with
it. Any links to sites using this template would be greatly appreciated!

2. Using the Tabbed Navigation template, is it possible to make only the
product areas scroll-able without losing the header and tabs at the top? If
so, any insight would help me immeasurably!
