Atlas One Point Tracking

I use Atlas One Point Tracking formerly known as Go Toast to track my pay
per click advertising. I had someone set it up originally and it worked fine
for years but some recent changes made by Atlas One Point have stopped the
tracking from working properly. If I recall correctly I had to get an API
written to capture the data from the shopping cart screen. How do I set it
up again?
