Hi,

Is there a way I can print my orders from the Shopsite backoffice with
the credit card number masked? I usually download the Order data but
print a hard copy for our files. We need to enhance our security
procedures, per Visa's new requirements, and would prefer not to have to
keep the hard copies locked away, so they need to not have credit card
info showing on them.

Is this possible?

Are you using a realtime payment gateway? If so the credit card
information will automatically be x'd out unless you have specifically
set a token to enable them being displayed. If you are not using a
realtime gateway the number will always be displayed.
