Payment Processing Error

We're using ShopSite v.7.x and our payment processor is Cybercash. If a
customers credit card is declined or rejected they see a page labeled
"Payment Processing Error":

Payment Processing Error
Your order was not processed

There was a problem processing your credit card information.
Please verify that the following were entered correctly:

Zip Code
Card Number
Expiration Date

If you repeatedly see this message, complete your order by contacting the
merchant directly.
Detailed error message:
GW message: Financial Institution Response: Declined.

I would like to customize this html page, but I'm not able to find where
it's located in the ShopSite folders. Where is it located? Should I be aware
of anything if I customize it? Thanks in advance.

Hello Adam,

-> Store Preferences -> Store Text -> Messages

You can only modify the text elements of the page. The page is generated
dynamically as far as I know.

Thanks Niko for the information. That's great that you can change the text,
but I'm a little disappointed that the web page itself can't be modify,
since not all web sites have a white background and it would be nice to make
the web page look similar to the rest of your web site. Maybe a future
version of ShopSite will have this feature.
