7.1.4 - PayPal payments are coming through, but orders do no

Recently completed the upgrade to 7.1.4 on Solaris/Sparc.

Some Payments are showing up in my paypal account, but the orders associated
with them do not appear! All the other data in the paypal payment is
present -just no order number; and nothing shows up in the shopsite
backoffice.

For example, here is an excerpt from the PayPal payment that shows up:

Item Title:
Payment for Order Number
Custom:
-|pp1108585520.12800|SSMSB1108186914.16873 ** I removed 1st field
here; my store ID.

12:27:26 PST
Status:
Completed

Note that there is no order number in the title! Anyone experiencing this
problem? I had six paypal payments come through in the last 24 hours with no
associated order. I've disabled PayPal as a payment option until we can find
a fix.

PayPal recently made some changes to their servers that is causing a lot
of people (not just ShopSite merchants) problems. They know about it,
now lets just see how fast they fix it.
