We have recently been receiving errors when shopsite is attempting to connect to onlinetools.ups.com and no UPS shipping options are being displayed in the shopping cart. When I attempt to re-register I get the following error at the UPS License Agreement screen:
"(UPS) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to onlinetools.ups.com: 443"
We have not made any changes or updates and UPS rates were being displayed just fine prior. Some help?
