Google Reviews and Bizrate

Just looking for some feedback...

We were a Google trusted store for a few years and Google ended the Trusted Store program and is now using Google Customer Reviews. We have set this up but my question is, is there anyone out there who who is using this or should I really be looking at/using Bizrate Insights? Bizrate Insights contacted us and they have a new free program to compete with Google's new Customer Reviews program.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this. All comments are welcome.
