How to modify Boot-Two Cart Footers?

I'm using the Boot-Two templates. In the Shopping Cart template where do you modify the following tags: [-- ShoppingCartFooter --]
[-- ShippingFooter --] [-- ConfirmationFooter --] [-- ThankYouFooter --] [-- ReceiptFooter --]?

How do you want to modify them? Do you want to remove them? Change what they output? Move them to a new location? If you want to remove or move these tags you would need to do so in the template directly. If you want to add text/code that populates these tags, each is found under Commerce > Order System, then click on the various screen, for example the [-- ShoppingCartFooter --] would be under Commerce > Order System > Shopping Cart, and it is the "text at the bottom of the shopping cart screen" text field.
