For the test to work a request is sent to one of our servers and then it securely responds to your server. We've recently needed to change the server the test goes to (and therefore the URL). So, for now, the test goes to a URL that is not valid. We'll update the URL in our next release. The failure is not a result of the maintenance upgrade but instead a change on our end that also affects earlier versions of ShopSite.
Currently, you cannot use the test button but can change the settings and do your own confirmation that they work.
