Problem Upgrading to v12.1.4 and Activating New Features

On Linux
Currently 2 stores in the mall. (upgrading from 11.2.4)
Updating to 12.1.4 went smoothly when I got the permissions right.
Both stores show version 12 sp1 r4.0.1

But, when I go to activate the new features, I get:

[stockmapagency] Error changing directories to [/var/www/cgi-bin/shopsite-install/ss]! [stockmapagency] Error 2: No such file or directory

Is there a wwwinstall.aa file in the install directory? If so, make sure the bo_dir (or something like that) is pointing to the correct location of the ss directory.
