Updating 11 to sp2

I am knee deep in moving several stores from WIN to Linux, then upgrading to current versions.

In the process of upgrading the first store to 11 sp2, I get:

[stockmapagency] Query failed: table PurchNEW already exists(1)

and the install script completed with that one error.

Is there a required fix?

FYI
This appears to have been fixed when I re-ran the upgrade script and got no errors.
