Lexicon Mailing List (vs. MailChimp)

Postby koryb1 » Mon Aug 03, 2015 8:42 am

We've used Lexiconn as our ShopSite host for several years now. They are the best and always come through for us. Recently I learned that they offer their own mailing list manager (a la MailChimp or Constant Contact).

It's significantly cheaper, but we've been happy with MailChimp and I worry of any issues we might run into if we switched. Do any of you use Lexiconn for your customer email marketing? Any pros/cons? Feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Kory

I have used Lexiconn's mailing list for several years now. (It's a version of Active Campaign which you can read more about on the Active Campaign website) I don't send out many emails but it works well for my needs. My only complaint I have is often when I'm going through the subscribers and trying to move them around to the correct groups that I have set up, the server seems a little sluggish. But overall for what I do, it's a great deal. It integrates with the Shopsite checkout page and I've also been able to integrate it to my wufoo forms as well.
